COUNSELING ON NUTRITION CHANGES

Nutrition is the most important part of a fitness lifestyle. Most people, if at all, fail to get results out of exercise due to not making appropriate changes or giving importance to nutrition.

We will help you and give tips to improve your nutrition right at your registration. After all your success is hugely dependent on your nutrition.

TRAINING

Once you have a training plan, our qualified trainers will be help you learn the exercise properly & move closely with you for the first couple of weeks till you learn the exercises with proper technique.

After that, we always watch you and correct you if you make mistakes in performing the exercise. In short, we will not let you go without mastering the exercise technique.

POSTURE ASSESMENT

We will take you through a couple of posture assessment tests. These tests will help to find if you have any imbalances or weaknesses which are pretty common with modern lifestyle.

Our Trainers will help you in making some adjustments in your day to day posture.  Exercise in general can solve these issues, but it is better to perform corrective exercises.

FUNDAMENTALS OF FITNESS LIFESTYLE

The most unique part of our service is the Fitness Education we provide to our members. Though everything we do is educative in approach, it takes some in depth information to really understand it all.

We do it through 4 hours of classroom sessions. These classes covering the most fundamental and important topics you need to understand to lead a fitness lifestyle. It will be divided into 4 sessions of 1hr each covering the following topics-
 1. Mindset to success.
2. Fitness Nutrition.
3. Fundamentals of Strength Training.
4. Tracking for progress.

Women, like men have the same muscles in their body and have an ability to get very strong. They can build muscle as well but not really as much as men. It is impossible to get bulky naturally, when even men find it difficult.

Losing some fat and adding muscle to your frame in right places gives you that beautiful and desired hour glass shape.

It could be for any one!! Millions of people get hurt every day due to day to day accidents. People even get hurt lifting day to day objects like grocery bags and moving furniture.

But those are just accidents and happen due the things not under our control. Strength training, if done with proper technique under a guidance and a controlled plan rarely leads to accidents and injuries. Small aches and pains are common but they too become rare with time.

Strength training, though it involves lifting weights, does not mean lifting any heavier than your ability. It doesn’t matter if you are old or weak. You keep getting stronger day by day.

One of the signs of ageing is loss of muscle mass and bone density leading to gradual loss of strength and balance. The most common event leading to death in old people is broken hip due to accidental slip or fall in a bathroom.

Strength training helps to reverse the effects of ageing by increasing muscle mass and bone density. With increased strength, the quality of life will also invariably improve.

Hi, I am Adarsh.

I am a Fitness coach, Educator & the Founder of Adarsh Barbell Club Dharwad (ABCD) – The School of Fitness. Adarsh Barbell Club Dharwad, was born out of my passion towards Barbell based Strength Training as an approach towards Fitness.

My aim with ABCD- The School Of Fitness is to teach people how to get physically strong and fit and be the best version of themselves

Maruti has been taking care of himself when he was 13yr old. He has tried his hand at Wrestling, Football, Gardening, Photography, Videography, Modeling & Competitive Bodybuilding. A man of several interests & talents has always had the gym and training close to his heart.

Koutuk is a Mechanical Engineer by education. Within 6 months of working as a professional Quality engineer in mechanical field, he gave away his career for his passion in Fitness. Koutuk is a FSSA certified Fitness trainer.
